What to Expect in Our Work Together

I know that reaching out for therapy takes courage, especially when you're struggling with food, body image, anxiety, or relationships. In our first session, I'll ask questions to understand your story—what brings you here, what you've been experiencing, and what you're hoping will be different. We'll talk about your history and current challenges, not to check boxes, but to help me truly see and understand you.

The beginning of therapy is about building trust and clarity. Together, we'll explore what healing looks like for you and create a path forward that feels right. After our initial sessions, I'll share my thoughts on approaches that might help—whether that's working through anxious thoughts, healing your relationship with food and your body, or finding your voice in relationships where you've lost yourself.

Practical Details

Sessions are 45 minutes, and we'll find a regular time that works for your life. Once we schedule, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you’ll need to get started.
