For over 20 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they work toward their therapy goals, overcome challenges, and create lives aligned with their deepest values.
My practice encompasses a wide range of concerns: building self-esteem, developing effective coping strategies for anxiety and depression, cultivating fulfilling relationships, navigating substance use concerns (for yourself or a loved one), managing disordered eating, and processing grief, loss, illness, infertility, and body image struggles—among many other barriers to living your best life.
Before establishing my private practice in 2009, I provided individual and group counseling to women at Families in Transition, a transitional housing program, and worked with clients in recovery at Merrimack River Medical Services, a substance abuse treatment center. Since 2001, I've been committed to providing compassionate, effective therapy across diverse settings and populations.
